Orthman Conveying Systems Standard Terms & Conditions
"Buyer" means the entity identified as Buyer on the Quotation of Orthman Conveying Systems, LLC. (“the company”). This document, which includes the Quotation, shall become a binding agreement ("Agreement") upon Buyer’s placement and Orthman’s acceptance of order for all or a portion of the items/services included within the company's Quotation. If a conflict exists between language of the Quotation and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall control. Section titles are for reference only, and typographical errors are subject to correction by the company
